Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza. Planted in 1906. Altitude 850 mamsl.
Low vine training. Surface irrigation: Cane and spur pruning. High density plantation. Average yield: 80 q/ha.
Classic, in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, during 20 - 25 days and at a maximum temperature of 30º. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting. The Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.

COLOR: Deep red with burgundy highlights
AROMA: Intense aromas dominated by ripe red fruits and jams, combined with soft aromatic contribution of oak, vanilla, chocolate and smoke.
FLAVOR: Elegant in the mouth, good concentration and smoothness, with silky tannins, typical of Argentine malbec.
Ideal with grilled red meats or pasta with red sauces.
