Join us to explore the textures and flavors offered in our restaurant, based on a combination of various fire-roasting techniques -iron sheet, ember, vertical spit, open-flame and adobe ovens- using local ingredients. Our Chef designs signature recipes based on regional cuisine with a heavy influence of Italian notes.
The dishes are prepared using local and seasonal products, vegetables and herbs grown in our private garden, and extra virgin olive oil produced from the ancient olive trees fruit of our Finca.
