Vista Flores, Tunuyán (Valle de Uco) – Mendoza. Planted in 1999. Altitude: 1.050 masl.
High vine training. Drip irrigation. Cordon pruning with spurs. Average yield: 100 q/ha.
Traditional champenoise method. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 17 oc. The second fermentation is done in the bottle and stowed at a controlled temperature.
In contact with the sediments for at least 36 months prior to disgorging.
