This wines are produced in small badges only and form a Collection of Limited Edition Wines. The first item was called Dos Cielos, it was produced in 2004 with a 50% of Malbec from vineyards located in Luján de Cuyo and belonging to Bodega Lagarde and a 50% of a Merlot from vineyards located in Alto Valle del Río Negro belonging to Bodega Humberto Canale. This was followed by the Lagarde Cabernet Sauvignon "Selección de Nuestra Cava" 2004, which was bottled in a Magnum of 1500 ml. Then came the Henry Pure Malbec, the Sauvignon Blanc from the Guarda Sisters' Selection range and the Henry Pure Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyard Structure/Yield
High vine training. Drip irrigation. Guyot pruning.
Fermentation process
Manual harvesting. Hand Selection of clusters and grains. Cold maceration for 3 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. During the first part of this stage daily reassembling and delestages are performed, then only reassembling. The total maceration time is 20 to 25 days at a maximum temperature of 30 ° -31 °. The end of maceration is determined by tasting.
Aging
24 months in French oak barrels and another 12 months in stowage.
Storage in bottle
Over 15 years.

Tasting notes
COLOR: Dark black with burgundy reflections.
AROMA: Very intense aroma with notes of ripe fruits, spices, tobacco and herbs. There are hints of very fine oak wood. It has many aromatic layers, which present themselves as time goes by.
FLAVOR: Sweet entry, good volume and imposing structure. The tannins and delicate but present, promising great aging potential.
Pairing Suggestion
Ideal to pair with roasted red meats such as rib eye or lamb.
