Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza. Planted in 1906 (Drummond). Altitude 850 mamsl.
Low vine training. Surface irrigation: Cane and spur pruning. High density plantation. Average yield: 80 q/ha
Classic, in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, during 20 - 25 days and at a maximum temperature of 30o. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting. The Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.
100% of the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels.
Storage in bottle
Over 10 years.

COLOR: deep red with burgundy highlights.
AROMA: intense aromas dominated by ripe red fruits and jams, combined with soft aromatic contribution of oak, vanilla, chocolate and smoke.
FLAVOR: elegant in the mouth, good concentration and smoothness, with
silky tannins, typical of Argentine malbec.
Ideal with grilled red meats or pasta with red sauces.
