Vineyard Structure/YieldLow vine training. Surface irrigation: cane and spur pruning. High density plantation. Average yield: 80 q/ha
Fermentation processClassic, in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and at a maximum temperature of 30o. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting. The Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.
Aging100% of the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle

COLOR: Deep red with burgundy Highlights.
AROMA: Intense aromas dominated by ripe fruits and jams, combined with soft aromatic contribution of oak, vanilla, chocolate and smoke.
FLAVOR: Elegant in the mouth with good concentration and smoothness. It has silky tannins, typical of argentine Malbec.
