Gualtallary, Tupungato - Mendoza. Between 1350 and 1400 masl.
High vine. Drip irrigation. Pruning with spurs. Average yield: 80 q/ha.
The grape is pressed at low pressure and the flower must is deflowed. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Without malolactic fermentation.
No contact with wood.

COLOR: golden yellow color with greenish reflections.
AROMA: flowers and herbs, reminiscent of fruits such as pear and white peach.
FLAVOR: refreshing and at the same time unctuous, with good acidity and a long and elegant finish.
It goes very well with grilled and smoked fish, seafood dishes or white meats. Good accompaniment to cheeses, fresh salads and pasta with heavy sauces.
